If you were anywhere in a vicinity of Hunter and I today, you would immediately recognize the sings of sleep deprivation. Combined we've had about 10 hours of "nappage" in the past 3 days - not including the fact that Hunter is sleeping sitting up as I type away right now. Please forgive me if I start rhyming at any point in this post
So today was in one word. FREEZING. The Capital was thankfully heated, and wonderful. I was surprised on how much I remembered from my tour back in 8th grade. All I could really think about though was how on earth our founders dealt with the snow and cold. I know how Louisville shut down earlier this week with all the snow, so how our fore fathers had any motivation in frigid temperatures I have yet to conceptualize. Maybe Romney can "light the fire within" tomorrow. Looking forward to the conference starting and hearing some great speakers!
