Debt is bad. Theme of the week
Just a couple points on speakers.
Michele Bachmann- Great speaker, great energy. Buying drinks for everyone (do what?) yes for everyone because of the GOP success. Had a really thick accent, Minn UH SO TAH! I like fiscal conservatism; I’m cool with it.
Pat Toomey- Still upset about the Packers Superbowl victory however made great points about the incentives to work. How they do not exist anymore. Socialism will take away Americans desire to work.
Noem- Quit complaining and do something about it. Normal business owner, making a difference in U.S. House of Reps now.
Trump- Oh my gosh Donald Trump is the man. He was bold and furious. Brutal honesty was perfect.
Rumsfeld- He is one of the most memorable men in my political memory. 9/11 and the foreign wars made him crucial and powerful. Great award for him.
Cheney- Dick was funny until some random guy yelled out “you are a war criminal”, secret service were out and on him in about six seconds. Impressive how concealed they are.
Went to a panel called “How to Make it in Hollywood”. If you don’t know I want to make a summer blockbuster. That is my goal. So it was awesome because they told me that I need to chase my dream, move to LA and start working. It’s important that we have conservatives in the film industry. I never realized how much they’re needed till today.
