Merina: My Last Day at the conference in Washington

A quote that I heard that struck me was brought up by and it was "The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing" I think that thats a great quote, yet I feel its a strong quote for such a thing as politics because there are so many problems that we face in this world. One thing I agree that people are under educated on politics and current events. I myself am a prime example of the undereducated. Another thing that was talked about that peaked my interest was "Unlearning liberty" He made a lot of good points during this speech.
One thing that he said that really stuck was "If you go to college without ever being offended you should ask for your money back" I thought that was so funny because its really the truth of all things. Out of everything you will go through in life you won't go through it without offending someone or getting offended yourself. I also liked the humility speech: Humility having the gaul to say thank you for your opinion and move along. Free Speech on campus. everyone should have the right to speak their mind without fear of persecution by others.
Ann Colter. This was the first time I had ever heard or seen Ann Colter and she was amazing! I loved her speech she's awesome! Out of all the speeches I heard this weekend hers was the best! She kept my attention from the moment she came out until the end! :) Out of everyone that spoke she was my favorite. The last thing I heard that caught my attention was from the very last speaker who said "Most bad government results from to much government" I liked this quote I don't know it just really stood out above the rest, and I really liked it.
